We’re sorry things didn’t work out for you! You have 14 days from your order date to request a return. 

EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE

You can exchange your item for a different size or color providing is it the same price as your original purchase.

Please note we cannot exchange your purchase for alternative products/items. If you need to exchange for other styles or items you’ll need to place a new order and return your initial order for a credit note.

REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • STEP 1: Please email us at hello@xoactivewear.com
  • STEP 2: Complete the form that will be sent to you and return.
  • STEP 3: Check your inbox within 24 hours to receive your return ID & authorisation
  • STEP 4: Return your item using the details provided to you with your exclusive ID code

Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a store credit to use in the store which will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. 

All items are returnable, with the exception of the following:

  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Swimwear
  • Gloves/Arm Warmers
  • Socks/Leg Warmers
  • Headbands
  • Water Bottles
  • Lingerie
  • Hair Ties

FOR ALL RETURNS – Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition with tags attached (any items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered will not be returnable)

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We have have a strict 4 stage QC checking system before your order is shipped out to you. We do our best to make sure everything we send to our customers is in perfect condition, however if you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing the team on hello@xoactivewear.com

HOW LONG WILL MY CREDIT NOTE OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?

Exchanges – we will send your exchange item within 24hrs of processing your returned item. During peak times exchanges can take between 48 - 72 hours

Credit notes - are issued and emailed to you as soon as your return is processed, this means you can shop in our store as soon as your we receive your item.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

If you would like to send an item back to us, please email us at hello@xoactivewear.com and a member of our customer care team will get right back to you with details on how to return your item.

RETURNS SHIPPING CHARGES

Returns sipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item has been assessed and deemed that it is faulty at which time you will be provided with the return shipping details.

RETURNS FROM CREDIT NOTES AND GIFT CARDS

We do not offer refunds on purchases made via credit note or gift card.
