We’re sorry things didn’t work out for you! You have 14 days from your order date to request an exchange. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items and all purchases are final.
You can exchange your item for a different size or color providing is it the same price as your original purchase.
Please note we cannot exchange your purchase for alternative products/items. If you need to exchange for other styles or items you’ll need to place a new order and return your initial order for a credit note.
Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a store credit to use in the store which will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
All items are returnable, with the exception of the following:
We have a strict 4 stage QC checking system before your order is shipped out to you. We do our best to make sure everything we send to our customers is in perfect condition, however, if you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing the team on hello@xoactivewear.com
Exchanges – we will send your exchange item within 24hrs of processing your returned item. During peak times exchanges can take between 48 - 72 hours
Credit notes - are issued and emailed to you as soon as your return is processed, this means you can shop in our store as soon as we receive your item.

Returns shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item has been assessed and deemed that it is faulty at which time you will be provided with the return shipping details.
We do not offer returns on purchases made via credit note or gift card.
